    We are happy to exchange apparel for a different size. Please submit a request below to exchange your shirt or sweatshirt for a different size. Exchanges can only be made for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items (apparel must be in new condition). In order to keep our costs low and donation amount high, we ask that customers pay for return shipping one-way. Once we receive the exchanged item, we will pay to ship your new item to you. 

    Exchanges must be submitted for request within 30 days of purchase.

    All sales final. No returns are accepted.

    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. We will replace any broken or defective products for the same product purchased. Please submit a request below and provide pictures of the defective or broken product. 

    Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

    Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
