    Here are some common questions we've been receiving:

    GOOGLE GHOST DESIGNS

    Do you sell your in-house designs wholesale?

    Yes, please email lexus@yearofthenastywoman.com to place a wholesale order for your store. 

    PAYMENT

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, and Visa. 

    SHIPPING 

    When will I receive my order? 

    Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We try to get all shipments out in 2-3 business days.  

    Do you ship internationally? 

    Yes, you can select your preferred method of shipment on the checkout page after entering your address. 

    Are duties and taxes charged on international orders?

    You are responsible for applicable duties and taxes for the country you are shipping your item to. 

    Will I receive shipping updates or a tracking number? 

    Yes, once your order is processed and fulfilled, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number. 

    Can I change my shipping address? 

    Yes, you can change your shipping address by emailing hi@yearofthenastywoman.com with your order number and preferred shipping address. 

    Where are items being shipped from?

    We're based in New Orleans and ship Monday through Friday from our studio. We ship from New Orleans and Los Angeles. 

    What is your shipping schedule? 

    Orders are shipped once a day, Monday through Friday. 

    Is there a way to track my order?

    US orders: you will receive an automated email with your tracking number once it has been shipped. Please use an accurate email address at checkout to receive shipping information.

    International orders: You can select a shipping method with tracking on the checkout page. If you do not select a shipping method that provides tracking information on the checkout page, you will not be able to track your order once it leaves our studio. We highly suggest choosing an option that has international tracking. 

    Tracking says my order was delivered, but it's not here! What do I do? 

    Email us at hi@yearofthenastywoman.com and we'll do our best to find your package! We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, or mistakes made by your selected shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim. 

    SIZES

    What size should I order? 

    As stated in the product description, each item is American Apparel or a similar American-made brand which has sizing guides available online. 

    Click here for women's sizing.

    Click here for unisex sizing. 

    In our opinion American Apparel runs small, so please take this into consideration when purchasing as there are no returns. 

    Do you offer any additional sizes? 

    Unfortunately, we only have access to the sizes available on our site. We wish we had more variety and we apologize for not accommodating everyone. :(

    I think I ordered the wrong size. Can I change my order? 

    Yes, please email hi@yearofthenastywoman.com with your order number and correct size. 

    CANCELATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

    Can I cancel my order? 

    Yes, you can cancel your order by emailing your order number and a request for cancelation to hi@yearofthenastywoman.com. 

    Can I make a change to my order, like update my shipping or email address?

    Yes, email hi@yearofthenastywoman.com with changes you would like made and your order number.

    Can I change my billing address?

    No, we cannot change anything related to your billing information. If you entered the wrong billing address, please email hi@yearofthenastywoman.com with your order number--we can then cancel your order and you can reorder with updated information. 

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    How do I return or exchange my item?

    We do not accept returns. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. Please see the Exchanges + Returns page for more information and to submit an exchange request. 

    PLANNED PARENTHOOD DONATION 

    How can I be assured that you will donate 50% of proceeds to Planned Parenthood? 

    Google Ghost donates to Planned Parenthood on a monthly basis. Check the Giving Back section to see our announcements and sign up for our newsletter to receive updates. As of 3/7/17 we have donated $130,293 to Planned Parenthood. We have also donated $1,129 to the ACLU, for a total of $131,422 of charitable giving. 

    Are you associated with Planned Parenthood?

    No, we do not work for or have any relationship with Planned Parenthood. We're just fans. 

    IS THIS WEBSITE LEGIT

    Is this a secured website? Is my info safe? 

    Yep! We're hosted on Shopify, which is a secure e-commerce platform. Your information is safe. 

    ABOUT GOOGLE GHOST

    Who (and what) is Google Ghost?

    Google Ghost was founded by Amanda Brinkman, the woman who created the NASTY WOMAN shirt. What was a one-woman show now includes a fulfillment studio and a number of friends who have stepped in to help.
