What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, and Visa.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We try to get all shipments out in 2-3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, you can select your preferred method of shipment on the checkout page after entering your address.
Are duties and taxes charged on international orders?
You are responsible for applicable duties and taxes for the country you are shipping your item to.
Will I receive shipping updates or a tracking number?
Yes, once your order is processed and fulfilled, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you can change your shipping address by emailing email@example.com with your order number and preferred shipping address.
Where are items being shipped from?
We're based in New Orleans and ship Monday through Friday from our studio. Mugs and prints are made to order and ship from Los Angeles.
What size should I order?
As stated in the product description, each item is American Apparel which has sizing guides available online.
In our opinion American Apparel runs small, so please take this into consideration when purchasing as there are no exchanges or returns.
Do you offer any additional sizes?
Unfortunately, we only have access to the sizes available on our site. We wish we had more variety and we apologize for not accommodating everyone. :(
I think I ordered the wrong size. Can I change my order?
Yes, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and correct size.
CANCELATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order by emailing your order number and a request for cancelation to email@example.com.
Can I make a change to my order, like update my shipping or email address?
Yes, email firstname.lastname@example.org with changes you would like made and your order number.
Can I change my billing address?
No, we cannot change anything related to your billing information. If you entered the wrong billing address, please email email@example.com with your order number--we can then cancel your order and you can reorder with updated information.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How do I return or exchange my item?
We do not accept returns. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. Please see the Exchanges + Returns page for more information and to submit an exchange request.

How can I be assured that you will donate 50% of proceeds to Planned Parenthood?
Google Ghost donates to Planned Parenthood on a monthly basis. Check the Giving Back section to see our announcements and sign up for our newsletter to receive updates. As of 3/7/17 we have donated $130,293 to Planned Parenthood. We have also donated $1,129 to the ACLU, for a total of $131,422 of charitable giving.
Are you associated with Planned Parenthood?
No, we do not work for or have any relationship with Planned Parenthood. We're just fans.
