    EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

    How do I return or exchange my item?

    We're closing in summer 2023, so all sales are final. 

    All sales final. No returns are accepted.

    WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. We will replace any broken or defective products for the same product purchased. Please email amanda@shrillsociety.com

    Oops! I gave you the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

    If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

    SHIPPING

    When will I receive my order?

    Domestic orders: Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We try to get all Shrill Society designs shipped out in 3-5 business days for items in stock, and 5-7 days for items made-to-order. Most designers on the website will ship directly to you and each product description has a fulfillment estimate at the bottom of the page.

    International orders: Orders outside the USA can take up to 30 business days once shipped.

    I only received some of the items in my order. What's up?

    Don't worry! Most of the designers on the site will ship their items directly to you, so you may receive more than one package if you order multiple items from different designers.  

    I PAID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING! WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED?

    Priority and Express shipping decreases your ship time, through the carrier you have selected. This does not jump your order in the production queue. Fulfillment times are stated in each product description and range from 2-10 days BEFORE your item ships. Priority and Express shipping only effects shipping time, it does not speed up production.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, you can select your preferred method of shipment on the checkout page after entering your address.

    Are duties and taxes charged on international orders?

    You are responsible for applicable duties and taxes for the country you are shipping your item to. Please contact your local post office to determine custom taxes and duties that might be applied to your order before making a purchase.

    Will I receive shipping updates or a tracking number?

    Yes, once your order is processed and fulfilled, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

    Is there a way to track my order?

    US orders: you will receive an automated email with your tracking number once it has been shipped. Please use an accurate email address at checkout to receive shipping information.

    International orders: You can select a shipping method with tracking on the checkout page. If you do not select a shipping method that provides tracking information on the checkout page, you will not be able to track your order once it leaves our studio. We highly suggest choosing an option that has international tracking.

    Tracking says my order was delivered, but it's not here! What do I do?

    Email us at hi@shrillsociety.com and we'll do our best to find your package! We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, or mistakes made by your selected shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim.

    SIZING

    What size should I order?

    Each product description has a size chart. Please refer to the size chart to select the best size.

    I think I ordered the wrong size. Can I change my order?

    Yes, please email hi@shrillsociety.com with your order number and correct size.

    NON-PROFIT DONATIONS

    How can I be assured that you will donate to the causes on your site? 

    Shrill Society makes donations on a quarterly basis. Check the Giving Back section to see our announcements and sign up for our newsletter to receive updates. Donations are not made anonymously, so you can call each non profit's development department and ask about our donations. Donations are made under CLUB XO LLC, Shrill Society, or Amanda Brinkman.
